Top Bar Widget Area
Top bar is a widget area section before the header. This widget area is suitable for text or HTML widgets.
It is separated into 3 widget sections. To enable the top bar, go to WP Dashboard – Widgets and drag and drop widget(s) into “Top Bar Section”.
