General theme settings

This theme uses the WordPress customizer to add it’s own settings and options to help you customize your website while seeing your changes in the live preview window.

Changes won’t take effect until you click on the “Save & Publish” button.

Go to Appearance >> Customize menu link

Site logo/title/favicon

  • Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Site Identity.
  • Click on Select Logo for upload or change site logo from existing logo.
  • Enter Site Title and Tagline.
  • Check box option about site title and tagline display.
  • Click on Select Image for upload favicon.
  • Click on Save & Publish button.

PRO Version

To setup title and tagline fonts and colors go to Customizer – Theme Options – Header and menu (“Site title font” and “Site description font” options)

Background Color

  • Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Colors.
  • Choose the color for site background from Background Color color picker option.
  • Click on Save & Publish button.

Background Image

  • Go to Dashboard >> Appearance  >> Customize >> Background Image.
  • Click on Select Image button.
  • Upload or choose an image for website background.
  • Click on Save & Publish button.

Colors

Colors in the free theme Popularis are not customizable.

PRO Version

Typography

Font used in the free theme Popularis is Open Sans Condensed. It is not customizable in free version.

To change font for whole website go to Customizer – Theme Options – Content colors and typography and change “Site font”
